THE SITUIATION OF OUR FORUM RECENTLY!!! WARNING!!!!!!!!

recently I realised that this forum is being state deserted,members wasn't attracted by new topics,notices...since admin's changed forum's interface,seem everybody hesitate in order to read or write new topics.
as my request,admin should change forum's interface,especially the item notify new topic,when have new topic the hand punched,i realised that was diffirent to observe ,special than with regard to guests is very diffirent to classify the new topic or old topic.so wasn't attraction people.

how members,admin's opinion about my article?
